Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates, garment batches, fabric differences or decoration methods such as embroidery, print or heat transfer.

Any images, mock-ups or previews shown are for guidance only and may not represent the final product exactly.

Personalised & Branded Items

Where products are personalised, embroidered, printed or otherwise customised, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, artwork, logo files, colours, sizing and order details are correct before production begins.

Once personalised items have been approved and production has started, they cannot usually be cancelled, changed or returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

Delivery Times

Any delivery or dispatch times shown on this website are our best estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because personalised and branded products involve several stages — including stock availability, artwork checks, production, quality control, courier services and supplier delivery — delays can occasionally happen.

We will always do our best to meet estimated timescales and keep customers updated where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, seasonal demand, incorrect customer details, artwork issues or circumstances outside our control.

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, revised timescale or refund.
