At Isca Workwear, we aim to deliver your workwear and embroidery orders quickly and efficiently.

Standard UK Delivery

We use a fully tracked 48-hour delivery service for all UK mainland orders.

Delivery Charges

• FREE delivery on orders over £300.00 excluding VAT (£360.00 including VAT)
• £7.50 including VAT on orders under £300.00 excluding VAT (£360.00 including VAT)

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Production Times

For embroidered and customised garments, production times vary depending on order size, stock availability and artwork requirements.

Estimated production times will be provided at the point of order or order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and offshore locations may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

Delivery Delays

Whilst we endeavour to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, customs issues or other unforeseen events.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.
