RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Isca Workwear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Products
For non-customised products, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customised & Embroidered Products
As all embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalised items are made specifically to your requirements, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The item has been incorrectly customised due to our error.
- The wrong item has been supplied.
We recommend carefully checking all artwork, sizing, spelling, colours and order details before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
