TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Isca Workwear website and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We specialise in supplying workwear, uniforms, PPE and customised embroidered garments.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate.
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Any logos, artwork, trademarks, designs or images supplied belong to you, your organisation, or you have obtained the necessary permission or licence to use them.
By uploading artwork or a logo to our website, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce, embroider, print or otherwise use that artwork on the products ordered.

Isca Workwear accepts no liability for any copyright infringement, trademark infringement or other intellectual property disputes arising from artwork supplied by customers. Responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions rests solely with the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights, be unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Customisation Approval

Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, sizing, colours and garment selections before approving production.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, supply chain issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customised and personalised products are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of any artwork, logos or designs submitted to Isca Workwear.

By submitting artwork, you grant Isca Workwear permission to use, reproduce, digitise, embroider, print and store the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You warrant that any artwork submitted does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Isca Workwear shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs or damages arising from the use of customer-supplied artwork.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics and designs, remains the property of Isca Workwear and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
